PIPER ARCHITECTURE

A Family-Run Practice. Built on Trust

WHO WE ARE

Piper Architecture is a family-run practice.

Based in Holsworthy, offering bespoke architectural design services across Devon, Cornwall and the wider Southwest. Led by Directors Lyndon and Hannah Piper, our team brings together over 50 years of combined experience - from small domestic extensions to large residential and commercial developments.

50 +

YEARS OF COMBINED EXPERIENCE

A coy kitchen with wooden cabinets, a pink marble countertop, patterned backsplash tiles, and three white hanging pendant lights. There are three wooden barstools and kitchen appliances, including a coffee machine and a stainless steel refrigerator, with a glimpse of a living room in the background.

OUR APPROACH

Good design starts with listening. Every project we take on, whether it's a site appraisal, a planning application, or full project management from concept through to completion, is shaped around the people it's for. That's what "tailored" means to us: no off-the-shelf solutions, just considered, high-quality building design that fits your space, your budget and your vision.

Our services include feasibility studies, planning applications, technical detailing, Building Regulations drawings, and 3D visualisation, giving clients a clear picture of their project at every stage.

OUR NETWORK

Behind every project is a wider network we trust implicitly.

We work closely with structural engineers, ecologists and planning specialists to deliver a genuinely comprehensive service, alongside local builders and suppliers whose care and craftsmanship carry our designs through to reality.
